Helen McPhun
Managing Director, Learning and Development Specialist
Educated in Canada, Helen has a degree in Adult Education, qualifications in Human Resource Management and Employee Relations, a Certificate in Teaching and Training Adults and a multitiude of other management courses and certificates.
Combining extensive experience in adult education, training, management and human relations Helen is able to implement practical applications of theory and apply realistic and pragmatic learning strategies. From lecturing in New Zealand and Canadian colleges, polytechnics and The University of Auckland and working inside Industry Training Organisations in both countries Helen has broad knowledge of workplace and academic learning. The career pursuit of corporate and industry training was reached only after a successful career in management with one of the world's leading multinational companies. In many cases time spent in "the trenches" is the most effective learning tool - something Helen draws on frequently when designing and delivering training initiatives.

Roger Stephenson
Director, Research and Subject Matter Specialist
Roger was educated in New Zealand and has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Marine, Freshwater and Applied Ecology.
As a subject matter specialist Roger is able to draw on his vast background which includes marine related industries, furniture and manufacturing companies, food packaging, processing and export enterprises, building, plumbing, and mechanics initiatives and a multitude of other fields. With his knowledge and experience along with links to most major industries Roger provides McZoom with an avenue to current knowledge, trends and practices.
Hayden Hughes
Research Assistant (Canada)
Hayden is currently completing his degree in Vancouver, British Columbia and performs research for McZoom on a part time project by project basis.
Fluent in English and French with a working knowledge of Spanish and a little Cantonese, Hayden brings to McZoom a set of language skills to meet many markets. The "Generation Y" perspective is brought into play and allows McZoom to understand the ideals of today's youth and their workplace barriers and dreams. A real asset when McZoom works with businesses and industries that employ the younger generations.
